Anika Quinn is a DC and Virginia Licensed Land Surveyor. She has managed and surveyed more than 50 surveying projects in the DC Metro Area. Her surveying experience includes field coordination and project management for the preparation and control of specific survey projects and tasks including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys; Boundary and Topographic surveys, utility surveys; metes and bounds descriptions; establishment of control networks using conventional and GPS methods; preparation of subdivision and condominium plats; computing cut/fill earth works, and as-built surveys.
