Kyle Oliver has overseen, directed and managed more than 400 residential, mixed-use, hotel, public park, rehabilitation, and commercial developments in the District of Columbia. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia and Virginia. Kyle Oliver’s experience includes providing: BZA’s and PUD’s (re-zonings), civil master planning, complete site/civil engineering plans; infrastructure, roadway, pavement, sewer, water, storm drainage, and, stormwater management plans; grading plans; erosion and sediment control plans; environmental assessments; and, feasibility analyses.
