Leadership

Soneil Charles' civil engineering experience includes a wide array of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects throughout Washington, DC and Maryland.  His project management skills have been honed by working on both large and small projects, each receiving his keen attention to detail. He is responsible for all aspects of the projects assigned and their progress and activities. His experience includes: complete site/civil engineering plans; roadway, pavement, sewer, and water plans; storm drainage, stormwater management plans; grading plans; erosion and sediment control designs; environmental assessments; and, feasibility analyses.
