Arthur Capper Senior Building Phase I, SE

The Arthur Capper Senior Building Phase I was constructed as part of the Arthur Capper/Carrollsburg HOPE VI Revitalization located in Southeast, DC in the Navy Yard neighborhood. The four-story building had to be rebuilt after a recent fire and our office designed the Stormwater management facility and provided the Landscape Architecture Design for the courtyard for this 162-unit senior residential apartment building with 29 garage parking spaces.
